Seasonality is neutral. I found four bullish old patterns and two bearish old patterns. We are oversold on SPY, and overnight edges blog post a really strong bullish study specific for the short term period (2012 to present backtest). Liquidity is still strong despite rumors stopping QEs, so I will risk a bullish night trade on ES.

Markowitz portfolio theory is entirely based on the Shannon's Demon Effect: a portfolio of financial instruments or trading systems can beat the average return of all its components only if their correlation is low or, even better, is negative.
These computational effects are also stronger the often the portfolio is rebalanced.
