Markets are rising steeply. Despite two consecutive outside day in a row I didn’t manage to find some new patterns. I will trust the old ones triggering. I’m a bit afraid to short such a strong market but I need to follow the numbers. And the numbers call for a short trade tonight with 6 bearish patterns triggering. Have a good night.

Markowitz portfolio theory is entirely based on the Shannon's Demon Effect: a portfolio of financial instruments or trading systems can beat the average return of all its components only if their correlation is low or, even better, is negative.
These computational effects are also stronger the often the portfolio is rebalanced.
